Richard Hill had a glittering playing career starring for Bath in many of their successful campaigns in the 1980s and 1990s. He was also an England international, captaining his country in the mid 1980s.
Richard started his coaching career as director of rugby at Gloucester in 1995, before moving on to roles at Ebbw Vale, Harlequins and Newport. He marked his first season in charge of the Shoguns with the capture of the Powergen Shield at Twickenham and his second with the National League Division One title.
